Delete it inside the app (fastest)

With an account: tap the sign-out icon at the top right of the chat → “Delete account” → confirm.
As a guest: tap the person icon at the top right → “Delete my data” → confirm. Do this before removing the app: a guest has no e-mail address we could find you by.

Deletion happens immediately; you do not need to contact anyone.

Delete it by e-mail (if you no longer have the app)

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you signed in with (or tell us that address), with the subject “Delete my Aplomb account”. We delete the account and its data and confirm by e-mail, at the latest within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication).
Your conversations stored in your account, and the coach's memory notes (“Get to know me”).
Your per-account usage counters.
Data you wrote as a guest that was moved into the account.

After the sign-in record is deleted, our server also removes everything stored under your account, so nothing is left behind even if the app was interrupted.

What is kept

Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat (our subscription processor) for billing and legal obligations. They contain no conversation content.
A daily total of guest requests (a single number per day, with no identity).

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Guest data when you sign in

If, as a guest, you sign in to an account that already exists, Aplomb asks what should happen to your guest data: move it into that account (added next to its older data) or delete it.

Uygulamanın içinden sil (en hızlısı)

Hesabın varsa: sohbetin sağ üstündeki çıkış simgesine dokun → “Hesabımı Sil” → onayla.
Misafirsen: sağ üstteki kişi simgesine dokun → “Verilerimi Sil” → onayla. Bunu uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce yap: misafirin seni bulabileceğimiz bir e-posta adresi yoktur.

Silme hemen gerçekleşir; kimseyle iletişime geçmen gerekmez.

E-postayla sil (uygulama artık sende değilse)

Giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden (ya da o adresi belirterek) [email protected] adresine “Aplomb hesabımı sil” konusuyla yaz. Hesabını ve verilerini siler, en geç 30 gün içinde e-postayla bildiririz.

Neler silinir

Giriş kaydın (Firebase Authentication).
Hesabında saklanan konuşmaların ve koçun hafıza notları (“Beni Tanı”).
Hesap başına kullanım sayaçların.
Misafirken yazıp hesabına aktardığın veriler.

Giriş kaydı silindikten sonra sunucumuz hesabın altında saklanan her şeyi ayrıca kaldırır; uygulama yarıda kesilse bile geride bir şey kalmaz.

Neler kalır

Apple, Google ve abonelik altyapımız RevenueCat'in faturalama ve yasal yükümlülükler için tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları. Bunlar konuşma içeriği taşımaz.
Misafir isteklerinin günlük toplamı (günde tek bir sayı, kimlik içermez).

Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliğini App Store ya da Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal et.

Misafirken daha önce açılmış bir hesaba giriş yaparsan Aplomb misafir verinin ne olacağını sorar: o hesaba aktar (eski verilerinin yanına eklenir) ya da sil.
